The Bank Teller Training program is a comprehensive program that will teach the knowledge, skills, and attitude that make tellers successful. Participants in this program will be trained for immediate part-time or full-time positions as a bank teller at community banks, credit unions, and small retail banks.

The Bank Teller Training program is a four-week, 48-hour program. Classes meet from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday for four consecutive weeks. The number of participants in each of the training cycles is limited to 15. This program will be offered four times annually - the next course to begin in April 2008 .

In addition to learning banking and customer service skills, the participants will also be trained in résumé preparation and interviewing techniques.
