The Accounting concentration will prepare students for a career with both public and private organizations in the fields of accounting and financial management. In addition to standard accounting practices, some of the services offered by a public accountant includes auditing; financial advice; personal or corporate tax advice, preparing personal and corporate budgets; functioning as a personal financial advisor; business consultant.
A total of 124 credit hours are required to complete the Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. The course requirements for successfully matriculating in the Business Administration program with a concentration in Accounting are listed below:
